How to Return Unwanted Goods
If you wish to return items, please ensure you keep the original packaging. Unfortunately without the original packaging we are not able to refund or accept returns.
Returning Mattresses
PLEASE NOTE: for hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange any opened mattress or mattress topper unless they are faulty.
A 20% cancellation fee per order and a £30.00 collection charge per item may be applied if you wish to return unwanted goods. This charge will be deducted from any refund processed. Transporting large goods carefully is expensive and we respectfully request that customers make themselves aware of these potential charges before purchasing.
Returning Beds, Divans & Other Items
On receiving your goods, you will have 7 working days in which to decide to keep your ordered items or return them to us for a refund or exchange. This meets all online retailers’ legal obligations to customers under the European Directive on distance selling (which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). The regulations state that our customers have the unconditional right to cancel orders within 7 working days of delivery without having to give us a reason.

Cancellations Before Item Is Delivered
If you wish to cancel your order before the delivery has been made and it has been more than 24hrs since your order, this will incur a cancellation charge of £30.00 plus 20% of the order value as well delivery cancellation charge of £35.00 if a notification of delivery has been sent. This meets all online retailers’ legal obligations to customers under the European Directive on distance selling (which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
